Yamanashi Prefecture introduced the IT asset management software "PalletControl" in 2003, and in 2019, it will upgrade to the latest version, "PalletControl 9," along with the update to PCs equipped with Windows 10. This version not only integrates with WSUS but also supports updates for Windows 10. Additionally, the help desk function, which could only be specified by IP address as previously requested, can now be accessed by specifying the client name. It also allows for the retrieval of information such as groups and attributes in conjunction with Active Directory, which is expected to improve the efficiency of PC operation management tasks.
